This album came out 2007 and it was first album with new singer Anette Olzon. Back in the days there was not Spotify and other streaming platforms so when Nightwish released their first single to internet from a song Eva it required some kind of fight with a DRM music downloads. It was worth it still! It is amazing how much things in digital life have changed since that, better or worse, depends on point of view surely.

This album was taking Nightwish more clearly to more mainstream music and almost everything from melodic metal era was gone. Nigtwish was a different band, at least for me. It is still - old music and new music just feels so different that it is almost completely new band with new genre. Personally I liked more older Nightwish, but I still like Nightwish even they have taken another path what I personally liked more. New Nightwish music is still good and this album also feels worth listening even on 2023.
