Review

Excellent movie. Well drawn and mostly faithful to Bible christian movie what is worth watching.

The Prince of Egypt tells the story about Moses and how God called him to let His people free from the slavery of Egypt. It was mostly like the Bible tells, but there was still some details what was incorrect.

For example in this movie Moses killed a man and escaped immediately after that, but in the Bible it went differently. He came next day and saw two israelian people fighting and they asked if he is going to kill them as well like he did to that egyptian previous day.

Another difference is that Moses and Ramses were brothers in this story (surely not biological ones tho), but it is not sure if that was the case in real life. Anyway, this kind of theological problems does not make this movie bad and the focus is still kept how God helped Moses to free Israeli from slavery.

I have seen this movie in the movie theatre when I was young so it was probably same year than this was released. Now I watched this on VHS and it just felt comfy :)

Music were top notch and drawing style was beautiful to watch. Whole movie was totally worth seeing and hearing.
