Review
There happens to be murders what are framed as a suicide and robberies. One of the killed is the personal friend of ex-agent McCall who wants to make sure that the justice will happen and criminals gets punished. When he is investigating the case he will find out that the killers are persons he used to know and work with. After their works for the government they have started to do killings for the price and McCalls friend was noting but a name on the list, the unfortunate one who was getting too close to figure out who has been behind the crimes what were framed as a kill and a suicide.
Like the previous Equalizer, I found this one to be excellent action crime movie as well. The main character McCall is interesting character who lives casual life mostly unnoted but like the Batman, he has another side what comes out when he punishes the wrongdoers. Strong need for justice and the power to make it happen is what makes McCall another kind of superhero, a man who stands for the righteous values and wants to give a choice to them who have not gone yet too far to fix their paths for better.
Acting is good as well as you can except. Visual style works, there is quite brutal scences but those weren’t too overly graphical unlike on too many movies nowadays it seems to be. Surely, it is still not made for the younger audiences and it can be too graphical and violent from time to time for some so take it with salt and grain when I don’t personally feel this to bee to violent.
Everything in this movie works, so this waas totally worth the watch.
