Review

Impressive and touching war movie with much more charasteric and feel of realism than on most Hollywood war films.

Story tells how Serbian army comes to town. Civilians escapes to UN camp, but Serbian army takes them away from there. In the end that leads massacre of thousands of civilians.

Main character is translator lady who works for UN. She tries to save her family and she does all she can. Focus of the film ties around her and her family life what is good style for the movie since it gives realistic and human feeling for the movie.

Acting is good and realistic and the whole movie feels almost like a documentary. It is based on true story and the visual style supports the story.

This was exellent war movie and far more better than most of the Hollywood war movies what is mostly just glorified versions of war or either focused too much on gore and brutal side of the war without good story telling.
