Review

Young girl who goes to new school wants to become a Bella, part of a singer group where her mother also have been. Bellas are currently in a bad situation since they have done something very embrassing in the birhday show for the president and the future of whole group is in danger. They still have one more possibility to save their group by going to Acapella world championship and win it.

This was a pleasant surprise. It had similar vibe than on Bring It On -movies in a good way. Most of the time humor is funny, and I especially liked how it had some woke elements but at the same time the movie itself seems to do parody about its stereotypical elements what are so obvious to the viewer anyway.

Of course there was lots of clichés, love stories without any depth etc. but in this kind of comedical musicals I am not excepting any different. It gives good and cheerful moments to its viewer and it have absurd characters and lines (in a good way). All in all, it just works.
