Review
Singing group of three woman what have made a succesful hit song called "My Boyfriend's Back" back in the days but have later split up gets invited together again for the tv show. Lead singer of the band does not seem to be interested but other members make her change her mind. Unsolved issues between members still makes problems to their short return.
I have mixed feelings about this movie. On the first part it felt quite boring and it seems that it does not go on fast enough, but in the end I kind of liked this movie still because its later part was better and it started to develop well.
More than a story about old singing group coming to sing together years later for a show this was more about solving the unspoken issues, dealing old conflicts, meeting own insecurities and getting over those. Characters all have personalities what are easy to see, and their own issues and insecurities are shown well.
All in all, I ended to like this even it didn't hook me in the first half of the movie very much.
