Review
Mulan is a young woman who wants to use her chi-energy and be some kind of warrior. That is not what she should be since she is a woman and that kind of behaviour is not something what brings shame to her family. Young people from Mulans village is called to war but Mulans father have no sons so he have to go there himself. Mulan escapes and joins to army herself and hides her identity until it cannot be hidden anymore. She needs to go away from army even after her heroic acts, but later she will come back to tell what enemies have planned.
I had seen this movie once before and I liked it. On my second watch this still felt excellent movie. I loved how it had some good Chinese movies elements like in the movie Hidden tiger, crouching dragon. Acting and story was good, music were beautiful and it had good rhythm. Story is developed well and there is enough action but not too much.
Only negative side in this movie for me was that it was spoken in english. It would have been better if it would have been spoken in chinese since the movie was happening in China.
Totally worth the watch multiple times.
