Review
Young girl sees an alien and how Men In Black comes and wipes the memory of her parents and tell them lies about what they had really seen. She learns on early age truth about alien existence and the existence of MIB as well. On her adult age she has grown smart and she wants to join this Men In Black as well. She finally finds them and gets recruited as a trainee. She gets a partner on MIB and they go to the bar where they will meet an important alien. This alien gets killed almost immediately after they have met and it gives some kind of strange amulet to this woman, agent M. Later they will learn that it is a very powerful weapon. They also find out that there is corruption inside the MIB London office and they need to figure out who is the one who is not trustworthy there.
This film was quite ok as an action movie, but not so much as a MIB movie since it lacks the elements what made MIB movies what they are. In this movie there is some kind of humour, but it is not as fun as it was on the older movies. Somehow this felt too serious kind of movie to be a MIB movie and it felt mostly just another woke product of current era of American filmography.
I am allergic to wokism in culture, and it is big negative thing if there is any kind of woke elements and sadly there are lots of those elements. Strong indepent smart woman who also happens to be non-white comes out of nowhere to top secret service, she have hacked systems with her skills and of course she outsmart the veteran agents. Of course she also comes and saves the best male agent when needed and she just is succesfully at everything.
In my point of view this kind of character is typical example of lazy character writing where you just throw almost every cliche what you can find on feminist wokebook and then except that everybody loves that kind of crap. For me this just annoys and makes movie look more like a brainwashing ideological feminist fanfiction.
Visual style of this movie was nice, visual effects were excellent and all in all this movie was still ok to watch even it was much worse than previous ones. Still there is too much wokeness for my taste.
