Review
Every 5000 years planets aligns to perfect line when it is possible with correct historical relics to get powers that are not meant for humans in the first place. With those powers it would be possible to move in time and space when past and present are present at the same time. Lara Croft, a famous tomb raider finds a clock in her home on the hidden room when it started to tick when this 5000 year cycle started to become close. She finds out that the clock is just a mask and inside is the true treasure, a key with an All-Seeing Eye. Lara makes her investigations to find out that there is a secret society called Illuminati who wants this key so when the planets are on correct order in correct time they can get those dangerously great powers if they have the key. Key gets stolen from Lara so she needs to fight to get it back and stop this plan of Illuminati.
I liked this movie. It was full of energetic action, its story is fascinating and it have mysterical elements like in Indiana Jones movies. Angelina Jolie does good job as a Lara Croft and this movie captures the feeling of the Tomb Raider computer games what is a good thing.
From time to time CGI was not the top notch on this day standards, but it is still good enough that it is easy to enjoy the movie and not care too much about that kind of stuff.
This is a excellent action movie what I have seen many years ago but I had not much memory anymore about it. Worth the multiple watches.
