Review

Narrator of the story tells the time of his youth years in the coal mine town, it's good and bad times, honesty and purity what slowly turns to be dishonest place where truth does not have as much value than he previously have thought.

Maybe this all is a symbolicly told story of his growth, or maybe it is a story about the changing of society and its values. Whatever is the case, this movie is a masterpiece of cinema.
