Review
Group of young people gather together to a camping place what have a dark history. Years ago there were young people on the camp who were killed and the history seems to repeat itself again.
Friday the 13th is a classically themed slasher film. Group of young people who gather together in the middle of nowhere gets killed one by one. Illogical behaviour is a big factor in this kind of movies and so it is here also. When they find bodies, they just decide to stay on the place instead of running away what always feels absurd and comical in a sense.
Ending was surprising and the killer was not revealed very early what was a good thing. It kept mystery in the story quite long time.
This was fun and enjoyable movie. It is a horror, but mostly not very scary even tho couple of times it was a little bit at least. There were comedical elements on some cases since those were so absurd that at least I started to laugh. Don't know if that was meant to be horrific or was it meant to be as comical as it was, don't know, but all in all this was enjoyable movie.
