Black Panther

Review

Quite bad superhero movie, as bad as Superman. Characters were boring and lame and they had no any kind of depth in their personalities and acting was mostly mediocre and without any emotions. Too many clichés in the story and boring dialogues. Directing were good and visual style was mostly nice but on some parts there were too much CGI what was easy to see (on landscapes and sky).

Old king of Wakanda is dead and his son will get the throne. In Wakanda they have a possibility to challenge the new king and one tribe takes the challenge only to lose it. This new king who is also the powerful Black Panther tries to capture a man outside of Wakanda who have stolen vibranium from wakandians. It does not go well and that criminal manages to escape. Later mysterious man comes to Wakanda and brings this criminal killed and he wants to be a ruler of Wakanda. He will challenge the king and wins him in a battle - at least for a while. When he is on command he wants to start exporting vibranium to outer world and be on the top of the world but that plan is not accepted by all wakandians who are more loyal to their previous rules.

I had seen this movie once before and on the first watch it was totally crap. On a second watch this felt much better than on the first time what is a good thing. Maybe it was because now I had seen all previous Marvel movies in chronological order in its universum and I had some clue about bigger picture, or maybe I have just seen just much more movies in general so my rating scale has changed, hard to say. All in all, I enjoyed this on this second watch and it was not that bad.
